I tried to think about how I would approach this review and my inner nerd just won’t let me write a “proper” review so I will just share my thoughts.
1. That movie was stunning and didn’t feel almost 3 hours long.
2.James Cameron is one of the Best directors of spectacle EVER. Titanic, Aliens, Terminators 2, and now Avatar. Those flying sequences were just outstanding and the final battle was really great.
3. The score by James Horner was glorious.
4. By far the coolest film I have ever seen. I loved that James Cameron let the story breathe rather than just rush to get to some action. The plant life and the animals of Pandora were just as impressive as the action sequences.
My Grade: A
