-First off, YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAASSSSSSSSSSSSSS JOFFREY IS DEAD LET US ALL REJOICE AND BE GLAD IN IT JOFFREY IS DEAD AND GONE AND NOTHING WILL BRING HIM BACK AND THIS IS WHAT THAT SADISTIC ASSHOLE DESERVES HOPE YOU ENJOYED THAT WINE YOU RAGGEDY PUNK ASS HOE ASS BITCH YAAAAAAASSSSSSSSSS
-That Joffrey death scene was done TO PERFECTION. I mean they ramped up that tension to like a 12 with Joffrey just being the most insufferable bastard to ever live, to Margery trying to diffuse the tension and when he finally started choking whew…and the makeup work…and Joffrey reaching his hand out for Margery…perfect
-In other news, who do we think is responsible for the death? I mean there’s no shortage of people who hate that man. Let’s run down the main suspects: Tyrion poured the wine, Queen of Thorns made some pointed comments about killing someone at a wedding, Sansa stared at that reenactment with a death glare and who knows how far Melissandre’s evil influence goes. Who do you think it is?
-The shade at that wedding was so thick you shouldn’t even be see the damn sun? First we got some Sansa shade talmbout “we’ve got a new queen” while rolling her eyes. Then we had the Queen of Thorns and Tywin were she basically tells him he know his pockets light and they need to do something about it. Then Oberyn and and Ellaria Sand (who looked amazing btw) READ. THE. LANNISTERS. DOWN. at their own event. Jesus be a fence
-Speaking of Oberyn Martell, I about faint every time he gets on screen. No actor should have that kind of sexual charisma just walking around and when he was flirting with Loras sucking Ellaria’s fingers *bites fist* *fans self* *takes a cold shower* I can’t take this every week please give this to me every week.
-Cersei was acting like a fool the entire ep. One of y’all need to let that bitch know I will fight her ass if she tries to shade my girl Brienne again. But then again she got to watch her son die so I’m not so mad >:)
-Shae is finally being shipped off and good riddance. Listen I have some sympathy for her and Tyrion but that bitch couldn’t take a fucking hint that Tywin was going to kill her ass if she didn’t leave so Tyrion had to insult her till she broke down crying.
-I also thoroughly enjoyed Jamie getting trained by Bron. More of them please.
-In other places, Brann is still wandering the woods and warging into his dire wolf. This plot line was boring but his vision was kinda cool. Also awesome, that brief shot of Ned Stark.
-Finally, we got our first look at the new Theon/Reek storyline. I’m on record for hating everything about that foolishness last season, but damn if his scenes didn’t work today. It’s clear he’s been psychologically demolished, as evidenced by him tell Roose and Ramses that he didn’t kill the last two Stark kids even as he held a razor to Ramses throat. I can’t wait to see what awful things they have in store for him 🙂
