We have somehow made it halfway through the year. It seems like a whole lifetime ago that Parasite won Best Picture but in reality that was only four months ago. The movie industry has been among the hardest hit by the pandemic and as such, my movie viewing has been affected. This is perhaps the fewest movies I’ve seen in 6 months of a year since I was in like high school. However, there have been some standout films, led by 15 Years, the Israelli drama that racked up 6 of my awards including Best Picture. What films have you enjoyed this year?
