If 2020 proved anything, it is the power of television. Because we have all been sequestered in our homes for long periods of time, it has given many of us endless time in front of our television sets. I’m currently on my 67th show of the year, which is surely a record for this time of year. Anyways, in looking at the shows that made the most impact on me, it was a mix of pure escapism and delicious mess. From the finale season of Schitts Creek to the revelatory excellence of Stargirl and Ted Lasso, the year contained some big swings from creatives that paid off. What TV shows did you love this year?
