If I Had and Emmy Ballot: Best of 2023-2024 TV

This has been one wild and crazy television season, hasn’t it? There has not been a year like this one where I have felt so accutely the wait between television shows. Obviously impacted by the guilds needing to strike for better wages and by the studios strageness, 2023-2024 season was quite unique. What I will say is amidst the turmoil, we got some of the most daring and fascinating television that has ever been broadcast. Breaking these shows down into nominations was certainly a challenge and I’m sure those Emmy voters have a tough task on their hands. But enough about them, here’s what I want to honor as the best of the best.
