In the wise words of Kanye West, no one man should have all this power. Thanks to the fact that I write for wonderful sites like Awards Circuit, Sound on Sight and Have U Heard, I was able to request and view the first two episodes of Teen Wolf Season 3. But what is a guy to do when he has all these feels? Why share them with you all! Over the coming week I will be sharing with you exclusive teases and my review but until then, I thought I’d give you a quick glimpse at the synopsis and also answer some fan theories. Check it out!
Summer is almost upon us which means that all of the fall and spring shows have ended or are ending soon and a new crop of shows is ready to take it’s place (like Teen Wolf and True Blood). Looking back on the season, not much really stood out in terms of appointment TV. Many returning shows like Revenge tried to expand too widely while new shows like The Mindy Project were very uneven. This all led to a Fall/Spring season that while enjoyable, was rarely the remarkable thing we expect from TV these days. But luckily there were some shows that managed to stay above the fray. That sound you heard at about 11am EST on May 20th was the sound of Teen Wolf fans freaking the fuck out over the new trailer that dropped. After watching the trailer a billion times and managing to breathe, I enlisted everyone’s favorite Twitter alpha Michael aka @AMightyWolf to come on the podcast and help me break down the trailer scene buy scene as well as go through some theories brought up by the show. Take a listen!
Oh Smash, you make it so hard to continually tune in every week. I have resolved to go. This season has traded in the batshit crazy bravado of the first season for more streamlined stories that lack ambition. They’ve sort of buried the craziness in a shallow grave, but it could only remain there so long. On last night’s SMASH titled “Phenomenon” the show took a dip back into that pot of foolishness and created a storyline that while somewhat dramatically compelling, just stank of tired clichés, bad writing, and the ultimate demise of the show.
The weekly round up of things I’ve written for other places! Awards Circuit It’s been a Teen Wolf heavy week hasn’t it? Dylan O’Brien the star is often the main lightning rod of news and it turns out his star will be getting bigger considering he just landed the lead role in The Maze Runner.
Oraculum podcast is back for the 2nd week in a row and today I’ve managed to convince Youtube sensation and Teen Wolf super fan Michael aka @AMightyWolf to join the podcast. This week has been pure craziness and we talk about a few topics such as the tragedy at the Boston Marathon and Justin Beiber’s
