We see Hannah (Lena Dunham) waiting at a restaurant the waitress comes over and tells her if she would like to order anything, but Hannah tells her that she is waiting to interview Patti LuPone (which is amazing) and the waitress tells Hannah that she doesn’t know who that is (shame on that waitress). Adam (Adam Driver) calls Hannah and tells her that he’s at his callback, where he tells her “Everyone here looks how I look with a nose job” While at his audition Adam meets Desi (Ebon Moss-Bachrach) and they kinda hit it off and talk about which roles that are up for the Broadway revival of Major Barbara.

Jessa (Jemima Kirke) is outside her job, we see her all around the store doing all these sorts of things because she is clearly bored out of her mind. Funny scene with the UPS guy called Rocco comes in the store and Jessa gets all excited asking if she needs to sign something and he tells her no and she starts yelling at him as he leaves, oh poor Jessa.

Hannah is still at the restaurant and she receives a text message and it’s about Patti LuPone and rescheduling her interview and leaves the restaurant. Adam is coming out of his audition and as he is walking out the door, they call him back in and tell him he’s got the part…we see Adam is now in the bathroom and he’s stuffing his mouth with paper and proceeds to yell, clearly he’s super happy about getting the part of Bronterre. As he is walking outside he sees Desi again and he also got the part he had auditioned for which was Bill. Desi tells Adam if he needs a ride home and Adam gets on the bike with him and leave.

Finally we see Patti LuPone (yay)…Hannah goes to see her and tells Patti that they had an interview and Patti tells her that she cancelled it. Hannah tells her that she just needs 5 minutes for an interview at the most 15 minutes and Patti agrees for only 5 minutes. So we find out that this interview is sponsored by Strenova, which is a bone density drug. Funny scene where Hannah for this advertorial she’s working on asks Patti how long she’s had osteoporosis and both decide that she got it 5 years ago and that she has fake dog which is a french bulldog is named Pipin. Adam calls in the middle of the interview, where he tells her the news and Hannah is excited for him. Hannah tells Patti about Adam getting his first Broadway show and Patti says “Oh his first Broadway show…he’s going to need for you to you support him and forgive him because he’s going to be an a-hole” and that pretty soon he’s going to screwing everyone in the building.

Marnie (Allison Williams) is getting some frozen yogurt when she runs into Soo Jin (Greta Lee), who was the former assistant Booth Jonathan (back from season 2). They have some small talk and Soo Jin tells her that she is opening up her own gallery in NoHo and clearly we can see that Marnie is kinda jealous over this and proceeds to hug Soo Jin and tells her that she happy for her. Hannah is at work and can’t stop thinking about what Patti LuPone said about what will happen to Adam once he’s on Broadway, she even tells her co-worker, “Patti LuPone really f-ed with my head” In comes her boss and tells her that she needs her to go the Gramercy Park Hotel because she needs to write a piece on it and also Hannah gets her first paycheck and is surprised at how much money she made. Happy with how much money she’s made she walking and sees this dress in a store and walks in and comes out with the new dress.

Back to Jessa and the store where she proceeds to be bored out of her mind when someone is knocking on the door and it’s Jasper (Richard E. Grant) who was the older guy from rehab back in the premiere of this season. They start talking and Jessa is telling him that she’s fine and healthy, but he tells her that she can’t lie to him…that she’s a wild thing that can’t be tamed.

Hannah and Elijah (Andrew Rannells) are at the Gramercy Park Hotel and Elijah tells Hannah that Adam is the first one of them to actually fulfill his dream. Already worried about what Patti told her earlier in comes Shosh (Zosia Mamet) all excited about the room and proceeds to tell Hannah if she’s worried that Adam is going to leave her for Sutton Foster (loving all these Broadway mentions, I swear).

Marnie walks into Ray’s apartment and she’s brought a pizza and tells him that she’s had a crappy day. Ray (Alex Karpovsky) tells Marnie that he can’t do this anymore, that he wants a real girlfriend, that he wants a real relationship with someone. Marnie is shocked and tells him if he is breaking up with her and he tells her yes. She tells him, “I wouldn’t be eating pizza in front of you if I actually liked you” and storms off.

Back at the Gramercy Park Hotel everyone is waiting on Adam and he comes in with Desi, Hannah, Elijah, and Shosh surprise him and when Elijah and Shosh see Desi they are smitten with him because they remember his stint on One Tree Hill (hahaha oh man). Desi is talking and Adam, Elijah, and Shosh are just listening to everything he has to say while we see that Hannah is clearly bored or really doesn’t care. In comes Marnie storming in because she is upset of what happened with Ray earlier. She goes into the bathroom and Hannah follows her and Hannah asks her what is wrong and starts crying and hugs Hannah. They come out of the bedroom when Desi is playing the guitar and singing a song when Marnie joins in the song too and then also Elijah and Hannah is just looking at him and Elijah says, “I hate myself for loving him” We get this funny scene with Adam and Elijah where Elijah is telling him about the in and outs of Broadway and that the closest that he came to Broadway was getting a hand job by a guy from the cast of Pipin. Adam tells Elijah that he doesn’t want to be part of this scene. And then as Adam is leaving Elijah tells him “Okay don’t come crying to me when Kristin Chenoweth passes out because you forgot to feed her” In come Jessa and Jasper high on cocaine and don’t stay for long because they need more so they take off and head to the store where Jessa works at and finds a shoe box where cash had been hidden. Next scene they are in a hotel room snorting coke together (oh Jessa).

Hannah and Adam are taking a bath together and tells Hannah that Elijah talks a lot about stupid crap (I swear I love Adam Driver so much, he nails these scenes so well) we see that Hannah is kinda worried still about what Patti told her earlier. She tells Adam that she is happy for him but she is also scared that he won’t like their life together anymore. He tells her she has nothing to worry about and Hannah tells him that he’s the only person she’s ever loved and the only person she wants to love. Adam replies back, “Well ditto” (I just love these two so much) Hannah tells him to deliver some of his lines in a period accent and he does…end of the episode.

Really enjoyed this episode, loved all the Broadway mentions that was fantastic! So any thoughts on tonight’s Girls episode? Well you know what to do below.
