This. Gotdamn. Episode. Of. Teen. Wolf. I was managing during this episode to be both a nervous wreck and supremely happy about what was unfolding. But the ending of this shit rendered me so unable to can I just…here are my brief thoughts.
-Scott’s dad is the FBI agent! I actually did not see that coming and that puts a nice spin on things. I was wondering why he was so familiar in tone with Stiles. BTW the actors name is Micahel Del Negro.
-The Stilinski feels slayed me…like might cans just packed up and said bye bitch.
-That Stydia scene wasn’t as awful as it could have been but that Alisaac stuff was cringe worthy ESPECIALLY in Deaton’s office.
-What kind of fucked up ritual are they performing? Beacon Hills is now gonna be a beacon for the supernatural? Darkness around their hearts? Like there’s no other way? But if this gets me dark!Stiles >:) But also this:
So if Scott has a darkness around his heart, will that affect his “true alpha” eligibility? #spoilers

-Peter is the most shifty person on the face of this (Teen Wolf’s) planet and I knew his ass wanted the alpha power.
-How ridiculous was that scene with Peter and Lydia? All that she went through at his hand and we get that lame ass interaction. She could have at least slapped him.
-Can anyone please tell me what Deucalion’s purpose is?
-Derek is now a beta. Listen, I don’t give not one single solitary iota of a fuck that he was doing this as a heroic action. THIS WAS MY WORST FUCKING FEAR FOR THIS CHARACTER COME TO LIFE AND FUCK YOU JEFF DAVIS FOR MAKING THIS CHARACTER HAVE TO ENDURE THIS! I WANT THIS WITH THE PASSION OF A THOUSAND SUNS!!!!! Like I don’t even have words…well I do but I’m saving them for the Demon Wolfcast

I am very confused by what Peter wants. Why tell Derek all about this voodoo transfer stuff and then immediately tell him he can’t do it. I maybe missed something. A lot of the Hale stuff sounded like Charlie Brown’s parents to me. And OF COURSE Derek doesn’t remember where that tree is. One more flop. Was giving Isaac gospel hands when he yelled at him.
Legitimately gasped at A. The revelation that Lydia has been drawing roots & B. Stiles revealing that the FBI agent is Scott’s dad.
The Sheriff AND Chris Argent tied up in a cellar? What manner of slash fic foolishness is this? Speaking of fan fiction, my newest idea for one follows the overnight 7/11 worker who sells obscene amounts of ice to the same people every week. Surely he thinks they’re storing dead bodies at that vet clinic.
Whichever twin is the “good one” is kind of past the point of redemption at this point … Though I guess Peter and Gerard are still around so who knows.
The end of this episode seriously making me feel things. I need the next episode.

Derek not remembering the tree isn’t his fault lol but yes Peter is very interesting. I think Peter basically told the whole story for the first time but Derek made up his mind.

Scott’s dad was a GREAT reveal and I love that actor. Hopefully they’ll write him better than they did the other side characters
Literally died laughing at the super out of place music to the Stydia kiss. Way to beat your viewers over the head with the “SHIP THIS” brick. I didn’t really feel any ~feelings from Stiles but Jeff’s boner for Stydia is legendary so I imagine I’mma have to deal with this nonsense in 3b.
Can’t decide if I trust Cora or Peter less, but one of those shits is working with the alpha pack and there’s no way giving up his power isn’t going to bite Derek in the ass.
Also wondering if the darkness around Scott’s heart will mess with his true alphaness. Someone’s coming back different and Stiles and Allison are already dark. Maybe we’re getting a dark!Scott arc. No lie, I’d be more interested in him if we got rid of the true blue better than everyone else hero thing he’s got going on. Let’s dirty him up a bit.
Digging Del Negro. I keep seeing complaints about him being ugly and white but man, I always thought he was hispanic. Either way, fuck that guy, especially if it means Melissa dies, but also he can stay because his scenes with Stiles were hilarious.
