All good things must come to an end. Well good is relative and end is just the midseason finale of Teen Wolf’s 3rd season. For a season that has showed such vivid promise, these past two weeks have been rough. Would the finale restore the glory to the series or continue in the downward spiral? I’m happy to say that “Lunar Ellipse” at least stemmed the bleeding and will set Teen Wolf up for the second half of the season.
This. Gotdamn. Episode. Of. Teen. Wolf. I was managing during this episode to be both a nervous wreck and supremely happy about what was unfolding. But the ending of this shit rendered me so unable to can I just…here are my brief thoughts.
Sometimes when you reach the highest of highs like Teen Wolf did last week, you’re bound to come back to the ground. “The Overlooked” is an episode of Teen Wolf that should have been tailor made for me and yet I was not impressed in the least bit. Yet another short recap (yes I know but I’m moving!) but here are my thoughts on the episode.
We here at the Demon Wolfcast LIVE for episodes of Teen Wolf like last night’s “The Girl Who Knew Too Much.” It’s probably why this is the longest episode of the podcast that we’ve done. Micah and I breakdown he fantastic episode, talk in depth about the big Darach reveal, and give a few brief words on the concept of “adult love”. Enjoy!
Listen…girl…chile…sirs and ma’ams, did yall watch that episode of Teen Wolf. I have literally been rendered so unable I can’t even give yall a proper recap of “The Girl Who Knew Too Much.” So instead I’m just gonna leave y’all with some incoherent thoughts put in a bulleted list.
So I take it by now you’ve all had a chance to watch the clip that Teen Wolf released via Hulu? If not you can watch it on Tumblr here. In the clip Stiles and Lydia have some fun banter before all hell breaks loose as a flock of birds breaks through the window of new teacher Ms. Blake’s classroom and attack everyone. It’s an incredible scene and the graphics are spot on (I see those tax credits are being put to some use) and there are so many layers to it, put there’s one thing in particular that caught my eye.
