It’s here! It has been a long wait for this season premiere but somehow we’ve made it through. Tonight at 10/9c MTV will unveil the newest chapter in the rapidly growing saga of Teen Wolf. I thought about doing this piece as a standard review but I’m tired and I don’t particularly feel the film demands much attention for its strengths. Sure Now You See Me is a fairly entertaining film that keeps you enthralled till the end through it’s fun performances and high octane action. I gave it two and a half stars and I’ve no doubt many people will come away from the movie with higher grades than that. However, what interested me the most about the film were it’s short comings, specifically how the magic was portrayed, so I’ve decided to focus on that.
We’re so close! June 3rd is around the corner and the long wait is almost over. This has literally felt like the longest wait for a tv show ever and we’ve still got a few more days to go. God is it really still 6 more days till the third season of Teen Wolf premieres? I’ve seen the first two episodes but gah damn has it felt like the longest wait since Beyonce’s Grown Woman. Anyways, last night those evil bastards the Teen Wolf folks released a new promo with a creepy voice over talking about apex predators and demon wolfs. This sparked a whole lot of discussion about wtf we just saw. Luckily I follow amazing people on Twitter like hoechled and we had a convo regarding what this could mean and also how Lydia might factor into the story. Check it out!
Ah Summer. The time when the weather gets hot, the tv gets slightly trashy, and everyone is generally happier. I, for one, have always enjoyed summer tv shows because it’s one of the few times during the year when creators seem to understand what their shows are about and don’t try and do too much. In the past few years summer has really turned into a breeding ground for tv shows to flourish and so today I thought I’d take a look at the summer shows I’m most anticipating.
