Did men even put out music in 2020? With the exception of Chris Stapleton, 2020 was the year of the female recording artist, with women of all genres, but especially pop killing the game. In narrowing down this list it really was quite fascinating to look and see what impacted me this year. Given the
2014 was not a stong year for music. That might not be the best way to start off a list highlighting the good stuff but it has to be said. However, this might have been a given because of how many classics we were delivered in 2013. There were some standouts in the music biz and this list reflects the collective offering we were given this year. So without further ado, here’s my choices for albums of the year.
The guys are bad, the action is slick and the dames well…with a title like Sin City: A Dame to Kill For, you kind of know what the dames will be like.
Best and Worst Dressed: An Oscar Conversation Elsie: Let’s start off with the first person on my list- Lupita Nyong’o! Terence: So we just gon jump in then? haha I really liked Lupita’s look and I’m always happy when the winners look great…the only thing I wasn’t a big fan of was the headband Elsie: She looked great. 2013 has been a surprisingly great year for a variety of things, especially in music. So much great music to listen to from a variety of genres has graced our ears and enabled the year to go by quickly. Anyways, it was really difficult to make this list of the top 10 albums of 2013 because of the wealth of music I had to choose from. But preservere I must, so here’s my list of the top 10 albums of 2013!
Lady Gaga has been an interesting artist to watch these past few years. Often hindering herself with her antics, she has mega watt talent that’s evident even with the foolishness. It’s been a few years since her last album and she has decided to grace us with ARTPOP, the next step in her evolution as an artist. So is the album any good? Peep the analysis after the jump.
