2013 in Review: Special Prizes including the Worst Films of 2013
Terence Johnson January 9, 2014 ArticleI can see the light of my 2013 awards! Lawd I’m almost done talking about the year that was 2013. In order to do this, I decided to group together some of the last prizes I needed to hand out and man did I hand some out. This was such a good film year that I even decided to invent some categories to honor more people. I’ve also included the worst films of the year in this post. Enjoy!
Best Book I Read in 2013: Two Boys Kissing
Best Episode of Television: The Rains of Castamere, Game of Thrones
TV Movie Event So Ridiculous It Needs Its Own Award: Sharknado, which I live blogged here.
Film Awards
Best Cameo: C-Tates in This is The End. I haven’t laughed so hard at a cameo in my life.
Was Pushed to 2014 but I want to shout them out anyways:
-Pierre-Yves Cardinal in Tom at the Farm (would have taken Supporting Actor, Villain, nominated for Sexiest Performance)
-kink (would have handily won documentary and editing prizes)
-Child’s Pose (would have made my top 10, actress and original screenplay lineup

Solid list for the most part, but I think Lone Ranger was a good movie with the wrong Lead. Armmie is just too boring to helm a film like that…at least for now
I liked G-Squad, I did hate Sean’s prosthetics tho…like what was up with that Janice Dickinson fuckery
LOLL Janice Dickinson fuckery? #dead
