Stiles and Scott do a good research and find out that some people broke into the vault. They reconvene with Peter and Derek who’s hell bent on just going in and breaking them out. Stiles tries to make him see how foolish this is and we get the Sterek interaction I’ve been teasing for weeks.
Well Derek manages to convince Scott to come along with him but Scott is a bit hesitant to just rush in. Derek says that he realizes that he’s risking his life for his wayward betas and for the first time in a while I am actually here for Derek, although he’s still rushing. Meanwhile they’ve been beaten to the bank by Allison, who is sneaking around with no assistance and generally asking to be accosted. Which she does by Ms. Morrell who urges her to get in the closet and stay there until she hears fighting (girl what kind of advice??) Allison hides in the closet and turns to see a blond haired version of that chick from The Ring who was in the closet. I may or may not have screamed when this happened.
Derek breaks through the wall and him and Scott enter and find that Boyd is not being held with Erica but with Cora. Derek immediately recognizes her and all but breaks down, well as far as Derek can break down in the moment. Turns out that Cora is DEREK’S YOUNGER SISTER WHO HAS APPARENTLY SURVIVED THE HALE FIRE!

Scott gets a call from a frantic Stiles and Peter who tell them that the hecatolite in the walls has kept them from changing for 3 full moons. Ms. Morrell walks up and completes the mountain ash circle trapping them. Morrell is working with the alpha pack? Oh Morrell gotta die.
