After 2015 provided me my longest music list ever, 2016 ended up being a really eclectic year for music with a much smaller group of choices. There were some nice debuts and comebacks, as well as some mainstays doing career best work. It was actually quite a challenge to narrow down this list, but I am happy that my top 10 albums of the year feel this diverse and cool. In the end, there was really only one album that could be at the top of my list, Beyonce’s Lemonade. I’ve talked about it’s greatness already so I’ll spare you the details.
