For a year that did not get good until like September, this Top 10 Films of 2017 list might be one of the favorites I’ve made. Not only does this feel representative of the year, but it’s also so very cool and eclectic. The key theme might be directors working in genre and flexing their might. Each one of these films presented me with a thoroughly realized vision and moved me in unexpected ways. So here’s to 2017 and here is my list of the Top 10 Films of 2017!
