It seems that once you start making lists you can’t stop. I was only going to do a big decade piece for the movies, but I have been really proud of myself for a renewed commitment to reading, so I wanted to take a crack at a best of the decade for books. This Top 25 Books of the Decade list was a fun list to compile as many of these books I didn’t remember coming out this decade. I was a different person when I read The Tiger’s Wife for example, than I am now having finished Washington Black.
