Scott gets pulled out of class a few moments later which means he isn’t present when right after Stiles’ ominous chat with Lydia a flock of birds break through the window and starts attacking the class. I’ve dissected this scene already so I won’t go into it further.

Scott arrives at the hospital and his mom alerts him to where Isaac might be if he’s not already in surgery. He gets in an elevator and before the doors close a walking stick taps them open and in strides Deucalion *faints* Isaac meanwhile is having a time of his own as he’s now drugged into unconsciousness and is on the surgical table. Luckily nothing happens, but me thinks the scene of the surgeon seeing him all healed will play into something big down the line. Isaac is rolled out the room by a huge guy with claws, ENNIS! Listen, who wrote/directed this damn episode and can I send them a fruit basket? THIS is how you introduce characters into a story!

Ennis doesn’t manage to get too far away as Scott sees him an bursts into the elevator. Hooray for our hero, but it’s not looking good cause Ennis basically mollywhops Scott, all while Isaac is hilariously rolling around, unconscious in his wheel chair. Ennis tells Scott that he better recognize what he’s dealing with (an alpha) before Derek claws him in the back and throws him out of the elevator. He looks at Scott and asks, isn’t he supposed to be in school? Who told Derek he could join the sassy wolf club? I’m here for it though.

Back at school, Ms. Blake and her class are rightfully traumatized, and Chris Argent is there for some reason to check on Allison. Sheriff comes over and asks Chris about what happened cause apparently Stiles has let slip that he’s a gifted hunter. Chris says not anymore and Stiles looks like he was just betrayed. In the hallway, Lydia and Allison are accosted by The Girl who asks if they’ve seen Scott and grabs their arms leaving some kind of bruising. It’s a super weird encounter highlighted by the alpha twins looking at her from down the hallway like “Oh bitch, you tried it.” The Sheriff then heads to Deaton’s to ask about the animal attack and encounters something even stranger, all the cats in Deaton’s office have clawed themselves to death. That scene was so gross.
