Read Time:5 Minute, 30 Second

Hannah (Lena Dunham) and her co-workers are out having a good time having drinks and dancing the night away when it’s time to leave Hannah is wasted and Joe (Michael Zegen) is asking her where she lives, but she ends up puking all over the ground…Joe decides to take her home to his apartment. We see Hannah throwing up on Joe’s toilet and he’s right there to take care of her…she thanks him for doing all this for her and Joe tells her that he would do it for anybody. Hannah wakes up the next day in Joe’s bed alone.

We see Soo Jin (Greta Lee) on the phone talking to her dad and in walks Marnie (Allison Williams) into the gallery both have some small talk and right off the bat tells Marnie that she needs an assistant that is more qualified than her and that Marnie would be the perfect choice, clearly we can see that Marnie is not to keen with this idea, but eventually accepts her offer.

Hannah gets home all worried calling for Adam (Adam Driver) and tells her where she was  she tells him that she hung out with her co-workers and that she was sorry for not coming home that she has never done something like that before. Adam is dressed in his rehearsal clothes really didn’t noticing that Hannah was away because he is excited about his play “Major Barbara”.  Adam is on the couch reading when Hannah comes over to him and tells him she showered and now she smells good, she straddles him and starts kissing him, but Adam puts a stop to it saying, “I don’t want to get sticky” since he has rehearsal in 30 minutes and Hannah cannot believe it it.

Marnie is at Desi’s (Ebon Moss Bachrach) place, she’s there to work on that song they were going to work on together. He tells her that she is talented and a wordsmith. Desi tells her to sing anything that comes to her mind, she does and then Desi starts singing and tells Marnie that while he was singing he was thinking of his girlfriend Clementine.

Jessa (Jemima Kirke) and Jasper (Richard E. Grant) and in bed and Jasper is high as a kite and can’t stop talking and we see that Shosh (Zosia Mamet) is right there with them too and we can she is so tired of of their antics.

Adam’s rehearsal is in progress when Hannah comes walking in the place and takes a seat, the director of the play notices her and asks what she is doing here and that she can’t be there so she leaves. The next scene we see Hannah and Elijah (Andrew Rannells) in her bed eating burritos and Hannah is telling him all that has been happening lately with Adam and her where she tells him, “He’s treating me like a ottoman with a vagina” Elijah suggests that she do something to spice their relationship. Adam calls during his rehearsal break and tells Hannah if he should bring some food, but Hannah tells him to meet her for drinks, they both hang up and then Hannah calls Marnie and leaves her a message that she needs to borrow her apartment.

Shosh is waiting at a restaurant with a look of nervousness, when she sees Jessa and Jasper coming to her table because she told them to meet her there. Surprise surprise when Dottie (Felicity Jones), Jasper’s daughter comes to join them saying that her dad needs help.

Wearing a blond wig and waiting for Adam at the place they were going to meet, Hannah sees that Adam walks by and doesn’t see her…she carries the drinks she had ordered and walks closer to where he is sitting and when she tells him if she can join him he goes, “The F…!” (I swear Adam Driver is amazing as always) Hannah is role-playing saying that she’s been waiting for her husband but hasn’t shown up…Adam finally catches on and goes along with it. They are having a convo and then she throws a drink on Adam’s face and she walks out and he comes running after her and they are role-playing arguing when a man hearing Hannah yell is saying if she is okay and then proceeds to hit Adam.

Back to the intervention we are having with Shosh, Jessa, Jasper, and Dottie. Dottie tells Jasper that she misses and that when he’s sober he is the best that he hunts, sings, watches foreign films, etc. She tells him that she wants to help him overcome his addiction and we see that Shosh is excited about this, while Jessa looks super upset that Jasper decides to go with Dottie.

Still role-playing Hannah and Adam head to Marnie’s apartment, they are pretending he is an intruder and she’s an married older woman and commands Hannah to take off her clothes and she does.

Jessa is outside smoking and looks sad, Shosh sees her comes over and Jessa tells her that she hopes that Shosh is happy for what she did by calling Dottie. Shosh tells her cousin that she looks like a junkie and Jessa agrees with her.

We see Hannah and Adam having sex and then she completely changes the role-playing scenario where she’s Kim, who is a high school cheerleader that only does football players, but now she is screwing the school weirdo. Adam doesn’t like this one bit and Hannah tells him that she just wanted to to have sex like they used to before. He tells her that he’s just not someone to have stories written for her Twitter and tells her that he now has a focus now that he has this job and that he is going to stay with Ray for a while so he can only just focus on the play and not think about all this drama. Hannah tells him that she thought that he didn’t care about the play and Adam tells her that he always cared about it that it feels amazing to finally care about something and that it isn’t a joke for him. He tells her that he is sorry but has to go and tries to kiss her goodbye, but she doesn’t kiss him and tries to grab him and he just let’s her go.

So, only two more episodes left for Girls this season, any thoughts on the episode? What will happen to Hannah and Adam? You guys know what to do…comment down below.
