Last TV season’s biggest surprise was AMC’s Interview with the Vampire. The new retelling of Anne Rice’s blockbuster best seller gave us brilliant storytelling and thrilling performances that made it the best show of 2023. They just dropped a trailer for season 2, which shifts the action to Paris and reveals the man’s connection with the vampire Armand.
Just judging by the trailer, our beloved Louis seems to have jumped out of the frying pan and into the fire. Last season’s finale twist was that the man we all thought was Louis’ servant turned out to be the vampire Armand, who is even more powerful than we thought one could be (he’s very old). I am just going to say a prayer for Louis and Claudia (now being played by Delainey Hayles) and look forward to enjoying the mess.
