While there has certainly been a different flavor to Comic-Con, you’d never know that based on the Star Trek panel that took place on Saturday. One of the few (only?) Hall H panels to get extremely full, fans turned out for the promise of footage and a screening of the highly anticipated cross over episode with Lower Decks. It was fascinating to see how they planned the panel given the actors weren’t there but Scott Mantz is a Star Trek super fan and he did a good job moving through the footage. I’ve included the trailers below but some quick thoughts that the cross over was absolutely incredible. Pitch perfect episode.
