We then bounce over to Derek’s loft where Cora is working on her fitness and her and Derek have a really tough conversation. I didn’t really get the conversation to be honest, but they never really connected. Like Derek mentioned that he was sorry for being a disappointment but she never said she was disappointed! This lovely reunion is broken up by Kali and Ennis busting up into their apartment like this was The Dark Knight Rises and proceed to easily take out Cora. It’s a brutal fight which ends with Kali stabbing Derek with a pipe, and holding him down while Deucalion strolls in like this is a picnic. This scene is really interesting in that we get the following nuggets of info:

-the alpha pack became that way by killing their own pack mates
-Deucalion thinks he is the demon wolf…who can apparently control the weather? and has glowing red eyes this was weird
-Derek knows Deucalion and calls him a fanatic

This scene was also punctuated by Kali’s epic bitchery in twisting the pole and Deucalion, after touching Derek’s face, mentioning that he does look like his mother. RUDE. Although I loved the quip about Deucalion being disgusted that Derek would compare him to his uncle.

  1. Hardcore shipping Scallisaac at this point. That English teacher is for sure the one killing all these people. Kali 4 Life. Drop Box for AT&T.

    1. LMAO Derek has been doing the most with the least for a while now…he needs to start using his words and actually keeping his betas in the loop

  2. pretty sure that was the lightning from a storm coming in that scene with Derek. And i think that the slash part was Duce diciplining the twins. as for the mythology scenes, like most ppl probably are im confused and need more explainations .so if there is less dialogue than there is a bigger chance for plot holes. cant have that.

    1. yeah but why did they just take it? They’re alphas and don’t need to get in line for anyone, let alone some blind guy lol and I LOVE the mythology stuff but they just put too much in a short time frame and then wend with something like Darach which the audience knows nothing about at we’re just left confused lol
